Today is about balance.

No, not yoga. No, not your own inner turmoil. It’s about a balanced breakfast. 

This design was inspired by my favorite elements of breakfast – orange juice, toast, cereal and eggs – all doing a balancing act on a tight-rope. I also love drawing eyeballs on ordinary things that don’t usually have eyeballs. This is why I love that show The Amazing World of Gumball. It’s like everything has eyes. Thankfully my 4-year old loves it too – so we can enjoy it together. It’s the little things in life, you know?
